Bakker Made With LoveDavid Bakker has a degree in Political Science

and Law, respectively, he suddenly felt the urge

to do something more creative. David opened

a small chain of furniture stores throughout

France. After ten years of experience in the field

and the birth of their 3 children, he decided

to switch profession - this time swapping

furniture design for children’s accessories.

Moved to Bali and sought out gifted artisans,

inspired by the ancient techniques of local

craftsmen that have mostly been forgotten by

our European counterparts. They presented

their first collection in June 2005. Today, the

Bakker Made With Love collection is worldwide

renowned for its unique and graphic patterns,

bright colours, soft and refined materials.

My name is SimoneCaroline Suarez Simone studies art at

two top schools, the ESAG Met de Pen-

ninghen and the Charpentier Acade-

my in Paris. There, she learns about

shapes, colors and typography which

will naturally take her to work for an ad-

vertising agency as artistic director. But

she realizes that becoming an adult is

no fun. So, she gets down to work and

decides to devote her spare time fight-

ing against adulthood and seriousness.

To postpone this dreaded eventuality,

she decides to create a world in which

adults look quirky, odd, kind of old fash-

ioned with their mustaches and glass-

es. Simone thumbs her nose and pokes

fun at daily life. Next, frustrated to only

see her friends in one dimension, flat

on a piece of paper, she becomes the

proud owner of a sewing machine and

soon designs and makes a whole col-

lection of characters dolls. Today the

brand is distributed in over more then

10 countries and has collaborations with

Galeries Lafayette, Smallable,…. In real

life, Simone’s name is Caroline Cast-

agna-Suarez. But who cares, this is all

about Simone and it is a lot more fun!

Eef LillemorEef Lillemor is a young dutch creative com-

pany that is run by Eva Brunner. Just one

year ago Eef Lillemor sold her fi rst poster and

since then the range has been rapidly extend-

ed to other products like postcards, labels,

temp tattoos, gift wrapping paper, stickers

and invitations. Recently Eef Lillemor start

working with various professional partners

from around the globe, producing baby cloth-

ing, bags, stationary and other exciting new

products. Next to being a mom, and a pro-

fessional designer, Eva is also a baby nursery

decorator & Living room stylist who inspires

thousands of followers on social media daily.
