Hasta la Vista is a high-quality club leading with passion, featuring 32 squash courts and extensive sports & leisure facilities which all together create perfect conditions for playing SQUASH! Located in the magical city of Wroclaw, our sport centre is a unique place both for competitions and touristic visits.

So far, Hasta la Vista hosted the best Polish players during the Polish Individual Championships in 2014 (IMP 2014), and the greatest players from all over the world during events as:

• The World Junior Championships 2013 (WJC 2013), • Polish Squash Masters 2016 ,• 3 editions of Polish Junior Open,• The World Games 2017.

Gained experience confirms our belief that EMIC 2017 held in Hasta La Vista – the world’sbiggest squash club will be an important and memorable point in your squash career.

30.08-02.09.2017ACCOMMODATION:1 The Organizer provides accommodation for players and supporters with proper package.2 The Organizer does not provide accommodation for players with package A,3 Anybody who pays only Basic Entry Fee A will need to organise their own accommodation.4 Accommodation guaranteed by the organizer includes room + breakfasts in hotel,5 Each guest is responsible for all extra room charges.6 Wi-Fi - details in the hotel.7 The rooming list will be available in the hotel reception desk and information point

in Hasta La Vista Club.8 Reservations can only be made by the Tournament Organiser.

CATERING AT THE VENUE (Hasta la Vista):1 The Organizer provides catering for players and supporters with proper package.2 The Organizer does not provide catering for players with package A.3 During the tournament will be possibilty to buy meals for people who have purchase

package not including food.4 Meals will be given after showing appropriate ID. Unveil ID will be necessary.5 Hours of meals since 30 August 2017 to 02 September 2017:

● lunch 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.● dinner 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.● barbecue 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

6 Hours of meals may change. If so, participants will be informed.7 The daily menu will be available in the catering area

TRANSPORTATION:1 Players who have paid Championships Packages (except Basic

Entry Fee A) will be picked up and dropped off (Wroclaw Airport or Main Railway Station).

2 On all playing days there will be a regular bus transfer service between the official hotels and the venue. Anybody who pays only Basic Entry Fee A will need to organise their own transport.

3 The Organizer provides transportation for players and supporters with proper package.

4 The Organizer does not provide transportation for players with package A.

5 Only ID (except package A ID) entitled to use a shuttle bus.6 Shuttle Bus will be branded with Hasta La Vista Logo and

waiting for players at the parking of Hasta La Vista Club or Tournament Hotels.

7 Competitors will be picked up by the volunteers and taken to the place where the car will be waiting. In exceptional situations, waiting time for transport may be extended to 15 minutes. Volunteers will be dressed in tournament shirts and will have a banner with the tournament logo. Each player will receive an e-mail with information about where and when they will be picked up.

FIRST AID:During the tournament, the help of paramedic will be provided at the Hasta La Vista facility. Access to medical care is free of charge.
