2. PRIORITY PASS™: These Terms and Conditions govern Platinum Card Members' participation in and use of the Priority Pass™ Select program. Priority Pass is an independent airport lounge access program. At any visit to a Priority Pass Select lounge that admits guests, you may bring one guest for no charge. You will be charged $27 for any additional guests. Some lounges do not admit guests. By enrolling in Priority Pass Select, you agree that you will be responsible for any additional accompanying guest visits and that your Card will be automatically charged after you have signed for the additional guest visit and it has been reported to Priority Pass by the participating lounge. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that American Express will verify your Card account number and provide updated Card account information to Priority Pass. Priority Pass will use this information to fulfill on the Priority Pass Select program and may use this information for marketing related to the program. Once enrolled, Platinum Card Members whose Card account is not cancelled may access participating Priority Pass Select lounges by presenting your Priority Pass Select card and airline boarding pass. DELTA AIRPORT CLUB ACCESS PROGRAM: The Platinum Card Member must present his or her valid American Express Card, government-issued I.D., and same-day corresponding airline ticket to club ambassador. Access to Delta Sky Club partner lounges is not permitted. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age to access Delta Sky Club, and 21 years of age to access locations with a selfservice bar, unless accompanied by a responsible, supervising adult who has access to the lounge. Card Members must adhere to all House Rules of participating clubs. Participating airport clubs and locations subject to change without notice. FINE HOTELS & RESORTS: Valid only for new FINE HOTELS & RESORTS bookings made through Platinum Travel Service, Business Platinum Travel Service, Centurion Travel Service, any American Express Travel office or American Express Travel Online (Selected markets only. Online bookings currently only available to Basic Platinum Cardmembers). Payment must be made in full with an American Express Card in the Platinum Card Member's or Centurion. Member’s name. 11. SIXT ADVANTAGE CIRCLE PLATINUM: Benefit applicable at all Sixt locations. Benefit cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. A valid Platinum Card from International Dollar Card must be used to pay for rental in order to receive the benefit. A valid Platinum Card from International Dollar Card must be attached to the Sixt Advantage Circle member profile in order to receive benefit. The benefit is subject to vehicle availability. Reservations may be made directly with American Express. Blackout dates on discounts may apply. Cardholder must be the main renter in order to receive benefit. A valid driver’s license must be presented at time of vehicle pick up or delivery – per country specifics. Extras, such as additional insurance, baby seat, GPS, delivery/collection etc. are excluded from the discount and subject to availability. This is an excess insurance program, which means that will only cover the expenses not covered by all other applicable insurance sources that The Platinum Card Member can have. Platinum Card Members are insured internationally, except for vehicles rented in Australia, Ireland, Italy, Israel, Jamaica and New Zealand.

20. BAGGAGE ASSISTANCE SERVICES: Platinum Travel Assistance Program: The Travel Assistance services are provided by AXA Assistance, a division of the AXA Group, are given the name of

Platinum Travel Assistance and are valid only for American Express International Dollar Platinum Card Members or the Additional Card Members. The Platinum Travel Assistance services will be valid only during the time in which the American Express Platinum Card account continues active and in good standing. The use of the Platinum Travel Assistance Service implies that the basic Card member and/or Beneficiary understands and accepts the following General Conditions. The following general terms and conditions are in effect when services are provided by AXA Assistance and/or vendors and providers through which services are coordinated on behalf of the Beneficiary while traveling outside of his or her country of permanent residence or when 100 KMs away from home.* Depending on the case, different coverage may apply. The coverage provided by AXA Assistance is restricted to emergent situations that arise directly and independently of all other causes, resulting in external bodily injury, of violent and/or accidental means or of a medical condition which is sudden, unanticipated and urgent which requires immediate medical or surgical evaluation or treatment to provide relief of acute pain and suffering. In the event that your checked baggage is lost by a commercial carrier, Platinum Travel Assistance will make every effort to track down your missing luggage and keep you posted on their progress. Should Platinum Travel Assistance not be able to recover your luggage, you will be reimbursed up to a maximum of US$1,200 per trip.

21. ONLINE SERVICES: In order to pay your account online, you must have an eligible bank account in U.S. dollars with a financial institution in the United States. See your Card Member Agreement for more information.

22. NO PRE-SET SPENDING LIMIT: No pre-set spending limit does not mean unlimited spending. Purchasing power adjusts with your use of the Card, your payment history, credit record and financial resources known to us, and other factors.

23. ANNUAL YEAR – END SUMMARY: The Online Year-End Summary, available each January 1st, reflects charges posted to your Account from January 1st through December 31st of the prior year.

24. ADDITIONAL CARDS: At your request, we may issue cards to Additional Card Members. They do not have accounts with us but they can use your Account subject to the terms of this Agreement. We may report an Additional Card Member's use of your Account to credit reporting agencies. You are responsible for all use of your Account by Additional Card Members and anyone they allow to use your Account. You must pay for all charges they make. You authorize us to give Additional Card Members information about your Account and to discuss it with them. If you want to cancel an Additional Card Member's right to use your Account (and cancel their card) you must tell us.
