Analyse op data van 19 deelnemers (Februari 2012):
• 19 organisaties scoren relatief hoog op zelfbeschikking,
informatiedelen, resultaatgerichtheid en een aantal IT
werkdimensies (communicatie, toegang en digitalisering).
Daarentegen wordt relatief laag gescoord op benutting en
duurzaamheid van de werkplek en duurzaamheid van IT.
• Empowerment zelfbeschikking relateert aan werk-privé balans,
(verlaging van) ziekteverzuim, en productiviteit.
• De support van het top management relateert aan ziekteverzuim,
productiviteit en medewerker tevredenheid.
• De ‘virtuele werkplek’ dimensies (digitalisering, toegang,
communicatie en personalisatie) relateren aan productiviteit.
