Replacement fluid: Albumin 4.5% (50 ml albumin 20% + 175 ml 0.9% saline) ml. Fresh frozen plasma ml. albumin 4.5% ml+ fresh plasma ml.
Premedication: Hydrocortisone(2-4 mg/kg): ml. Chlorpheneramine: ml.
(< 1y 250mcg/kg, 1-5 y 2.5-5mg, 6-12 y 5-10mg, > 12 y 10-20mg)
If blood pressure dropped below mmHg, give 10 ml/kg 0.95% saline ( ml). If blood pressure higher than mmHg, give Nifedipin mg sublingual.
