Reception activities: Security check, access controlls, key management, create and manage access data Porter activities: Vehicle and suppliers controls, operation of gate and locking systems, log in from guests and visitors. Prerequisites: 1. Command of German and Englisch 2. No criminal record entries 3. Physical performance and health 4. Well-groomed appearance, impeccable manners 5. Minimum 21 years of age, minimum of 2 years work experience 6. Certificate in accordance with § 34a GewO ( German Industrial code) 7. Driver license (class B) 8. Basic knowledge in MS-Office 9.
