Green plants are Autothropic.

They can make their own food.

They produce Carbohydrate by doing photosynthesis.

Mineral RequirmentsBeside phtosynthesis gases (CO2 ,H2O, O2), plants need several elements as well. These elements dissolves in soil water in form of mineral ions.

Those mineral ions included:• Nitrogen make Amino Acids & Protein to grow leaves and shoots• Phosphorus for root growth & ripening fruits• Potassium promotes general vigor for disease resistance• Magnesium make chlorophyll

In a healthy plant, all minerals present. If a plant is deprived of these minerals, it develops defects called mineral deficiency symptoms.
