HR Executive Search Plant Manager (M/F) Our Client, a multinational manufacturer located in Évora, Alentejo, is looking for a Plant Manager (M/F) to manage all production processes from raw materials to finished goods on time in full with the right quality at the lowest cost in safe conditions, via highly engaged people and effective systems and processes applying lean management principles. We are looking for the best. Are you the one? Desired Profile: • Minimum experience of 3-5 years as General Manager – manufacturing environment preferred; • Bachelors of Management or Industrial Management – master’s preferred; • Strong leader with excellent communication skills; • Energetic and highly self-motivated; • Fluently English, more languages welcome; • Production systems knowledge; • Quality management experience; • Irreproachable ethical behavior.
