Fazor is a PGR for onion and potato, highly soluble in water and available in easy to use 1 kg, 4 kg, 5 kg or 20 kg packs.

Sprout suppression in potatoes is important for three reasons:

• Management of harvested potatoes in store• Management of secondary growth in season• Increase in quality by preventing water loss

Fazor provides sprout suppression for up to 4 months after application and often beyond.

Applied in the field to the growing crop with a conventional sprayer, no other sprout suppressants are required at store loading.

Fazor treated potatoes can be sold any time after harvest, no treatment interval means you can take advantage of changes in the market place.

Apply 5 kg / ha• When: Tubers are larger than 25 mm.• Some flowers are still present but most fallen.• First signs of lowest leaves senescing.• 3-5 weeks prior to haulm destruction.

• Medium size spray.• Water volume 300 – 500 litres / ha.• Do not apply to crop under any stress.• Do not apply if daytime temperatures exceed 25 degrees

Celsius.• Do not apply if rainfall or irrigation is due within 24 hours.• Do not tank mix Fazor with any other formulations.• Do not use on crops intended for seed production or first

earlies.• If Fazor-treated crops are placed in storage they must be

regularly checked from the end of November. Duration of sprout suppression achieved varies depending on the rate of breakdown. In mild ambient stores breakdown is faster than in cold stores leading to shorter storage periods. If longer term control is required other in-store sprout suppressants can be used.
