Planning Resource Associates, Inc. is a land use consulting firm specializing in urban and
environmental planning services for the public and private sector.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide high quality project management services as related to complex
land development and environmental conservation projects, planning studies, and
various permit application assistance.Land Planning Systems integrates computer
technologies and geographic information systems to assist clients by providing detailed analysis and feedback regarding project goals.

Our PhilosophyThe use of land encompasses a variety of systems, both of the human
and natural environments. Our intent is to understand the various systems that influence land uses in relation to the client objectives.
We do this by applying strategic planning principles at the beginning of each project, analyzing internal and external factors
that can impact both positive and negative ways the success of the project, often meeting with a variety of stakeholders and governmental officials prior to taking on the project. By
understanding these influences, we are able to maximize success and minimize obstacles resulting in cost effective results. We closely
monitor progress using project management and planning tools, providing feedback to the client and posting status reports on our
web site.
