By 2030 growth of urban population is increasing by 5 times. And 70% of population of country expected to live in urban.

TO overcome this population problem NEW TOWN concept has been implemented.

New Town Concept

Rapid urbanization and increasing on limited floor space across urban regions in India, led to concept of smart city.

Redevelopment

Replace existing built environment in an area of more than 50 acres and enable co-creation of a new layout, especially enhanced infrastructure, mixed land use and increased density e.g. Bhendi Bazar, Mumbai

Greenfield

Develop a previously vacant area of more than 250 acres using innovative planning, plan financing and plan implementation tools with provision for affordable housing, especially for the poor e.g. New Town, Kolkata, GIFT City.
