What is PMF about?◦ Planning my Future aims to engage students in their

learning and career path planning by providing a framework for whole school organisation and participation.

reflected in the schools management plan?◦ Is the team representative of all school areas?◦ What part of the student body is targeted by this team?◦ How does the team evaluate its success and are team

findings utilised in developing management plans?

School Clusters- groups of high schools working together to develop strategies that address the needs of a targeted group of students.

School Communities- Formation and/or enhancement of strategies across school communities that develop the ‘whole’ student.

Kurri Kurri Learning Community The potential for the development of

formalised partnerships is underpinning to PMF.

Teacher professional development is also a key to the success of this initiative.
