If any ofthework scopewithin this contract involves workingwith Internet ServiceProviders (ISP) deploying their equipment and activating services onsite please beadvised that Planetworking.net andAnthony C. Malito willnot beresponsible for any orders for serviceinstalls, activation, modifications nor for any costs involved, wewill not manageany ofthe account holders information,any contracts held withan ISP is thesoleresponsibility oftheclient andshould beassigned to a staffed employee to bethecontact person with that ISP, any connectivity issues involving theISP (oncedetermined by ourtroubleshooting) should be managed by that staffed employeeand they will beresponsiblefor calling theISP Help Center toreport and request assistance. Wearenot responsible noris it implied that wewill maintainor support any ISP equipment,services, or connectivity onsite and wewill not be held accountable for any downtimeor outages sustained thereof.

Applicationsand/or Inter-Office CollaborationSoftware Support PLANETWORKING .NETUSES AND RECOMMENDS MICROSOFTOFFICESOFTWAREPRODUCTS PLANETWORKING .NET willassist in the supporting ofexisting applications suchas listed below and their recommendations for proper useand productiveness. However, all3rd party applications are thesoleresponsibility ofthesoftware developer and covered under their warranty and support terms: Any SQL or DatabaseSoftware functionality, however does notincludecontent Email-GroupCollaborationunder strict control byExecutiveDept. Shrink-wrapped or customdesigned programs;we areonly responsible for installationunder instructions providedby thedeveloper InternetServiceProvider and any oftheclients web sites whichincludes but not limited tocontent &functionality **The corporateheadquarters willalso maintain the companys primary databases, whichwill beaccessibleto the internal network users and external remoteaccess by way of a tunnel through theinternetgeneratedwith encryptionsecurity software orVirtual Private Network (VPN) server/client A firewallat each locationwill provideprotectionfor un-authorized access and or denial ofservice hack. Arouter will provideandmanagethe network address translations (NAT) with IP while running DNS andDHCP All databases and data requiring access willbe managedwith policies putinto placeand customizable within Windows Server The corporateheadquarter server will maintain backupofthe companys data toensurereliablerecoveryandrestorecapabilities. *Planetworking .NETwill NOTbesupporting applications/softwareinstalled by other providers andservices. When Implementing Any Installations Phase 1 -Assessment A site visit to determineifexisting, the networkcurrently in operation,requires upgrading and/or add-ons to improve performance(this pertains to firewallequipment)

Phase 2 - Site preparation Following the assessment, upon approvaland authorization ofinstalling, thearea involved willbeprepared toreceiveequipmentand set-up. In the eventthat an existing environment is tobe maintained during the installation ofa newsystemfor co-existence, the requiredarea to install the equipment is tobemadeavailableby thecompany. Clearing workspace is the responsiblity ofthecompany Cabling requirements. Theimplementation ofa qualityworking lanenvironment requires a properly installedcable system.The recommendation of our team will reflecta 10 Base T10/100/1000Mbps Category6 UTP RJ45 cablesystemwhichwill bedistrubutedby a switch/hub Phase 3 - Installingthe Server The installing ofthe server willincludetheunit itself, in a well lighted, adequately spaced, and electrically suitablearea. Allcomponents requiredfor thelan willbe set-up according to the specifications givenby thevendorand notto exceed specified limitations The network operating systemwill beinstalledand configured to the needs ofthelan environment, this will include thebackupand virus solutions The agreed uponnetwork applications including the approveddirectory infrastructure, systemapplications,e-mailsoftware,andremote access needs(ifrequested) A battery backup devicewill beinstalled(should onenotexist) to prevent system crashes. Thereis a limitation to the availabletime that a unit will beactive. Thebattery backupis solely in placeto allow timeto power the system down correctly Testing and intermediatetraining(an assigned company personnel) oftheunit and its installeditems. Phase 4 - Workstationrollout Installationofthe desktop/workstaion/laptopcomputers purchasedby thecompany Network attachment softwareand hardwarerequired to access the server Applications configuration including desktop software,internet access, ande-mailprogram Testing and basicorientationofthe unitand its installed programs. Support Providing network serviceand supportis important tomaintaining a stableenvironment. Thereforeitis critical tounderstand what supportyourcompany is eligible to have. There are 2 warranties inplace once a systemis implemented. i. Vendor warranties- purchaserefund/exchange & serviceand repair. It is imperativethatyou understand whatexactly yourcompany is eligible as warranty from thevendor for their products. Pleasereview and consult the includedwarranty papers thatare shipped withinthe product packaging. Remember that there arealways limitations. Maintain that information handy at alltimes.

We reserve therightto refuse any support shouldit bedetermined that any changes weremade withoutproperconsulting.A chargewill be invoked to recover from any such changes. iv.
