How to Selet a Gear Reducer

CALCULATION OF REQUIRED TORQUE:
The lifetime of gear reducer depends on calculation of required torque.Also please notice peak torque happened in accelerating or deceleratingshould be less then the maximum load torque of gear

Min. torque required at moment of starting , that gear reducer should bearagainst peak touque at moment.
Rotary inertia of motor rotor.
The rotary inertia of load reflected motor rotor.

Installation Suggestion of Planetary Gear Reducer

Suggestion instrument:
A Hex wrench which can measure torque.
Installation mothods

Smear a little bit anti-corrosive oil on both output shaft and lead diameter.
If you have axle asleeve,pay attention to aim at the both plow grooves of
axle sleeve and the input shaft of the Gear Reducer.
Put the servomotor which you world like to install on the platform, and turn axle
center of output shaft upward. then, firm the servomotor and remove the kdy.
Please pay attention to make sure the plow groove of input shaft of the Gear
Reducer can aim at key groove of servomotor and then slowly lide plow prove
into key groove.
Lock the fixed screw of input shaft of the Gear Reducer
Lock both fixed screws of servomotor and gear Reducer tight.
Equally (dividing your force into three times)increase the torque grandually to
lock two sides of the fixed screws of input shaft of Gear Reducer.
Forbid knocking the output shaft of Gear Reducer with great force to prevent
damaging the interior mechanism of Gear Reducer.
