    • A point is a precise location in space. Its is labeledwith a letter.

Point R Point T R T 4. Line Segments

    • A line segment is a line that stops at both ends at a point.

5. Rays

    • A ray is a line that ends at a point on one side and dosn't end at the other.

6. Lines

    • A line never ends on both sides no mater what.

7. Intersecting Lines

    • Two lines crossing each other.

8. Perpendicular Lines

    • Two linesintersecting at 90 degrees.

9. Parallel lines

    • Two lines that never cross and have the same plane

10. Skew Lines

    • Lines that are not in the same plane

11. Angles Acute Obtuse Right Vertex/Vertices 12. Acute Acute is less then 90 degrees . 13. Obtuse Obtuseis more then 90 degrees . 14. Right A right angle is 90 degrees always. 15. Straight Straight angle is a straight line. 16. Vertex/Vertice Vertex/vertices is the middle part of two lines. 17. Complementary Complementary is all the numbers togeater to get 90 degrees.50degrees 40 degrees 18. Supplementary Supplementary is two lines that makes 180 degrees.50 degrees 130 degrees 19. Vertical/Opposite Vertical and oppositeare two lines connecting. 20. Adjacent Adjacent is using more then one line 21. Triangles 22. Right Triangle Right triangles have 90 degrees on onee side. 23. Obtuse TriangleAn obtuse triangle has a side that is more than 90 degrees. 24. Acute Triangle An acute triangle has one or more sides that are less than 90 degrees. 25. Scalene Triangle A scalene triangle has noequalsides 26. Isosceles Isosceles is a triangle with two sides with the same degrees and onedoesn't. 45 degrees 40 degrees 40 degrees 27. Sum of angles The sum of the angles are all the angles addedtogether. 40 degrees 80 What is this angle ? 28. Perimeter The perimeter is the area around the shape. 29. Quadrilaterals 30. Quadrilateral A shape with no congruent sides. 31. Trapezoid A trapezoid has two congruent sides. 32. Parallelogram A parallelogram is a shape with two parallel sides. 33. Rectangle A rectangle has two congruent sides and ithas other two congruent sides but smaller. 34. Rhombus A rhombus is like adiamond. 35. Square A square is a four sided shape and all sides are the same size. 36. Circles 37. ChordA line that goes throw a circle to the other side of the circle. 38. Circumference The distancemeasurementaround the outside of the circle. 39. Octagon A octagon is a eight sided shape. 40. Hexagon A hexagon is a shape with six sides. 41.
