Bogdanua is high quality dry white winefrom the winegrowing hills of the island
of Hvar. It is produced from the grape va-riety bearing the same name, growing inthe ecologically clean regions called Blato,Kruevje and Polonda. It is yellowgreenishin colour with distinctive quality bouquetand harmonious and surprisingly fresh a-vour. Before being bottled it must be agedfor at least 12 months. It contains from 12to 13 vol.% of alcohol as well as 5.5 to 6.5g/L of acid. We recommend the wine beserved at temperatures from 10c to 12cwith white meat and whiteeshed sea sh.

Par is high quality dry white wine withcharacteristic avour produced from thegrape variety growing on the vineyards of

Opolo is a characteristic, high quality dryrose wine from the wine-growing regions
of the island of Hvar. Darnekua je kvalitetno suho crno vinohvarskog vinogorja posebne svjeine. Pro-izvodi se od istoimenog raritetnog auto-htonog hvarskog kultivara na lokalitetu
Vrh na 580 metara nadmorske visine tosu ujedno vinogradi na najvioj nadmorskojvisini u Hrvatskoj. Rubinske je boje, odnje-govane svojstvene arome te iznenaujuesvjeeg okusa. Prije punjenja vino odleiminimalno 12 mjeseci u hrastovim bava-ma. Sadri od 12 do 12,5 vol.% alkohola te 6do 7 g/L kiselina. Preporuujemo ga servi-rati na temperaturi od 16c do 20c uz jelaod mesa i plave ribe.
Darnekua is high quality dry red wine, ex-tremely fresh from the winegrowing hillsof the island of Hvar. It is produced fromthe rare, autochthonous Hvar grape culti-var bearing the same name and growing inthe region called Vrh at a height of 580 mabove sea level. These vineyards are situ-ated at the greatest height above sea levelin Croatia. It is ruby red in colour with asensational aroma and extremely fresh a-vour. Pharos Gand Cru Dubje je vrhunsko suho
crno vino kontroliranog zemljopisnog po-
drijetla hvarskog vinogorja s izabranog naj-
boljeg lokaliteta Dubje. Proizvodi se runom
obradom vinograda podignutog na 220terasa i visinskom razlikom 150 metara te
runim izborom najboljeg ubranog groa
uz prosijean rod od 0,5 kg po okotu od
autohtone dalmatinske sorte Plavac mali te
autohtone hvarske sorte Darnekua. Guste
tamnocrvene je rubinske boje s ljubiastim
odsjajem te snanog robusnog kombinira-
nog sortnog i barrique okusa i mirisa. Vino
odleava minimalno 18 mjeseci u hrasto-
vim barrique bavicama te jo 12 mjeseci
u hrastovim bavama prije punjenja. Sadriod 15 16 % alkohola uz ostatak 2 4 g/l
neprovrelog groanog eera te 4,5 5,5
g/l kiselina. Preporuujemo ga servirati uz
obavezno dekantiranje 30 minuta prije na
temperaturi od 18 22c uz najnija jela od
tamnog mesa i divljai.
Pharos Gand Cru Dubje is a high quality
dry red wine with the Controlled Designa-
tion of Origin from the best Hvar wine-
growing area called Dubje. It is produced
from manually cultivated vines grown on
terraces 220m high at 150 m above the
sealevel by the manual selection of the
best autochthonous Dalmatian grape cul-
tivar Plavac mali and autochthonous Hvar
grape cultivar Darnekusa with an avera-
ge crop of 0.5 kg per vine plant. It is dark,
ruby red in colour with violet reection and
rich, robust combination of sortpure and
barrique bouquet and odour. Before being
bottled the wine must be aged for at least
18 months in small barrique oakbarrelsand another 12 months in oakbarrels. It
contains from 12 to 12.5 vol. % of alcohol to-
gether with the remaining 2 4 g/l of unboi-
led grape sugar and 4,5 to 5.5 g/l of acid. We
recommend the wine be served at tempe-
ratures from 18c to 22c with the most
delicious dishes of dark and game meat. It
should be decanted 30 min. before serving.

Grappa je prirodna rakija dobivena destila-cijom mladog vina i provrele komine sortiBogdanua i Plavac mali. Kristalne boje, -nog mirisa zrelog groa te blagog i zaoblje-
nog okusa. Sadri od 40 45 vol. % alkohola,a preporuujemo je servirati prije jela do-bro rashlaenu kao aperitiv ili kao digestiv.
Grappa is natural brandy obtained by dis-tillation of young wine and boiled husk ofthe Bogdanua and Plavac mali grape vari-eties. It is crystal clear and colourless, withne and strong odour of ripe grapes andsoft and rounded avour. It contains from40 to 45 vol. % of alcohol. We recommend
Grappa be served well chilled as an aperitifbefore or as a digestive drink after dishes.

Mirta je prirodna rakija Grappa uz doda-tak plodova Mirte (Myrtus Communis) teendemskog ljekovitog bilja iz ekoloki naj-iih dijelova otoka Hvara. Ambre je boje,
te ugodne ne arome i skladna okusa. Blagigorkasti okus uz dodano ljekovito bilje pot-pomae kod probavnih tegoba. Sadri 40do 45 vol.% alkohola, a preporuujemo jeservirati lagano rashlaenu kao aperitiv ilikao digestiv.
