In light of The Call to Action research, this plan moves The United Methodist Church forward with vision and hope.
Focuses on vital congregations that impact their communities
Supports new connectional opportunities in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Philippines, and the United States

Encourages Annual Conferences to benimble and adaptive
Allows each annual conference throughout the world to organize effectively for mission
