PLAN AND CUSTOMIZE YOUR WEDDING WITH YOUR SALES AND EVENTS MANAGER

Hold the initial planning meeting with your Sales and Events Manager. While preliminary

details have been discussed, the real planning often cannot begin until many of the details

surrounding your event have been determined.

At this meeting the Sales and Events Manager will review what has been discussed and

solidify any items that were still in question. This meeting is used to finalize menu, décor,

and event enhancements.

At this time, you will receive your Banquet Event Order (BEO) for review, along with your

timeline and diagram. This will also mark your next deposit date, which will be 75% of

the remaining balance.

Your Sales and Events Manager will reach out to your vendors to confirm load-in instructions

and provide them with the approved timeline.

Final guest count, signed BEO, balance, and table breakdown are now due.

Every wedding ceremony is held in the Coral Reef Room. For receptions, however, you can pick from a variety

of unparalleled accommodations designed to fit your wedding. An additional hour can be added for $400.

A Sales and Events Manager will assist with (1) initial planning meeting, (1) final detail meeting, and day

of Wedding Ceremony Coordination. Please speak with your Sales and Events Manager

for options to accommodate over 200 guests.
