• Knowing your personality type is one way to understand yourself – your strengths, weaknesses, and preferences

• All personality types are created equal!– By learning about the different types, we can

understand and appreciate differences between people.

• There are many different types of personality tests

• The MBIT is a popular personality test that is often used by businesses and other organizations to:– Help guide hiring and placement decisions – Guide team building– Help employees better understand their own behavior and preferences
