Position: SUMMER INTERNSHIP - Intern in Database, Process & Digital platform
management
Business Unit: Society Relations, APACJob description: The intern is expected to assist in document management, managing resources and
database for APAC societies; as well as involve volunteer development project.
Functions may vary depending on the specific requirements of a society, or on the timeallocated by CFA Institute to service their needs. This position is accountable for the
efficient and timely execution of a range of administrative and operational tasks,
including database management, streamlining and improving processes incollaboration of regional and global teams:
Document & digital platform management
Organize and transfer team documents to SharePoint website;
Develop and manage social media platforms for APAC regional society leaders;
Manage content and architecture design of APAC society regional website; Manage volunteer development resources by structurally refining existing
resources including manuals, presentations and templates;
Database and process improvement
Collect APAC member societys best practices and prevailing examples in
different outreaches such as candidate, university, member and employer fromprevious conferences and meetings.
Manage resources, templates and online tools for society leaders such as
governance manuals, policy processes, etc.
Review and enhance team internal workflow and society communication flow;
Manage and improve APAC society contact database;

Proactive in seeking support and researching information from website; Diligent and willing to learn;
Major in information and data management is an added advantage;
