Journey so far:

Pixpa was founded by Gurpreet in 2011 as a side-project of IdeazInc. - a creative agency Gurpreet founded and ran for 15 years.

Having built hundreds of bespoke websites for clients and helped many friends (photographers, artists and designers), the idea of creating a do-it-yourself website builder became a passion project for Gurpreet.

A small team was carved out and after several months of development, Pixpa was launched in 2012.

Since then several platform upgrades have made Pixpa a fully-automated SAAS product as it exists now.

A full-revamp of Pixpa was launched in late 2016 and added several big features like blogging, ecommerce and client proofing to its core offering of a DIY website builder.
