An MTP does not represent what is possible today. It’s aspirational and focuses on creating a better future.

Aspirationsarewhatignitesthepassioninindividualsandgroups.Theyengagetheheartsandmindsofalltoworktogethertorealizetheirgoal.

Having anMTP can trigger incredible outcomes. Theseresulting outcomes are why high-growth organizationshavethem.TheaspirationalqualityofanMTPencouragesteams to prioritize big thinking, rapid growth strategies,and organizational agility. These behaviors singularly orcollectivelywillcreatesubstantialpayoffsinthefuture.

Consciousness is not enough.

There are many who consider themselves highlyconscious.Their levelofawareness,mindfulness,peaceand tranquility isnothing lessofbeingBuddha-like.Youcanfindthesepeoplelivinginmountains,caves,deserts,communes,andAlgonquinPark.Andyoucansometimesfindthemonyoursofa,smokingweed.Althoughextremelyself-aware,what theyoften lack is theability tobalancea cheque book, hold down a job, lead a team, build abusiness, and deliver value to others. So what good ismindfulnessifitbenefitsno-onebutyourself?

Why I plus C ?

Intelligence is not enough.

Therearehighlyintelligentpeoplewhocancompute,usepretzellogic,andreasontheirwayintobuildingWeaponsofMassDestructionoraddictiveconsumerproductswhilesimultaneouslycommittingeconomicandsocialfraud.Aswell, there aremany highly intelligent people who havebad relationships with everyone including themselves.Therearemanyintelligentpeoplewhounfortunatelysufferfrom anxiety, depression, poor physical and emotionalhealthandwholackanysortofdirectionorpurposeinlife.
