echnologies:‐
Subline DR (Diameter Reduction):‐
1. Quick Installation.2. Maximum Flow Capacity.3. No Disturbance to Adjacent Services.4. Ambient Temperature.5. Low Winching Loads, Minimum Pipe Stress. 6. Structural or Semi Structural. 7. Diameters from 75mm – 500mm
.subterra‐pipelines.com 14 Protecting Pipeline Infrastructure
Subline DR
•Basic principles and features– on‐site concentric diameter reduction process– select liner pipe OD ~larger than host pipe ID– push pipe through profiled roller sets– process reduces the liner OD to less than host pipe ID – liner OD is maintained without applied tension– insertion as for sliplining– revert to close fit with host pipe by cold hydraulic pressurisation

ubline PF (Pipe Folding):‐
1. Low Winching Forces2. Maximum Flow Capacity3. 3”‐ 40” Capability4. No Disturbance of Adjacent
Services.5. Rapid Installation of Long Lengths6. Improves ability to negotiate bends

Subline PF (Pipe Folding):‐
•Site‐folded Close‐Fit PE liner installation system. •Can be used to install standard grade PE80 and PE100 pipe.•Uses thin wall PE pipe DN75‐1600; SDRs 26‐61 (subject to WT limit).•Eliminates leakage, improve water quality, maximise the bore of the lined pipe & reduce liner pipe costs.•Subline PF was developed to allow lining of large diameter pipes and improve ability to negotiate bends.•Reverted to a close fit by cold water pressurisation.
