• Summer 2015-Winter 2016: Conduct right-of-way negotiations
• November 2, 2015: Submitted amended FERC 7(b)/7(c) applications
• Relocated Pendleton Compressor Station
• February 2016: Submitted NYS DEC 401 Water Quality Certification application
• July 27, 2016: Received favorable FERC Environmental Assessment
• February 3, 2017: FERC 7(c) certificate received
• April 7, 2017: NYS Water Quality Certificate and air permits denied by DEC
• April 21, 2017: Filed petition with US Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit
• Anticipate at least a 12-month review before decision ruled

• No new pipeline construction required

• Foundation shipper agreement in place for substantial portion of expansion capacity
