IntroductionThe Gripple range of pipe supports and hangers have been developed to provide a complete solution for suspending all types of pipework.Gripple’s ready-to-use solution for pipework support includes the new and versatile range of Pipe Brackets, pre-fitted with Universal Clamps that can replace more than 11 different pipe sizes, and are compatible with high performance ‘Kooltherm®’ and ‘Armaflex’ insulation and Gripple hanger systems.

These products have been designed to save you time, labour and money by making the installation much quicker and easier. The products in this range eliminate the need for preparing different types of product assemblies for installation, as they are delivered to site pre-fabricated.

Universal Clamp The Universal Clamp is engineered for hanging all types of pipework within mechanical and plumbing services.• Universal - for pipe sizes 15 mm Copper (OD15) to 3” Steel (OD89) pipework

• Up to 6 times faster than traditional methods

• Replaces more than 11 different pipe ring sizes

• Retractable, removable sleeve is pre-fitted to wire rope to prevent galvanic corrosion

• Improved insulation against vibration

• No tools required for installation

Kooltherm® and Armaflex Pipe CollarsThe Gripple pipe support system provides rapid installation, ensuring insulation continuity without thermal breaks.• Space saving – advantageous for applications in confined spaces or areas where space is at a premium

• Universal – suitable for mild steel, stainless steel, copper and plastic pipes in a range of sizes (insulation specific, see below)

• Simple to install, one click locking mechanism

• KoolTherm thermal efficiency range -50°C to +120°C and thermal conductivity as low as 0.021 W/m·K at 10°C

• Armaflex thermal efficiency range -183°C to +105°C and thermal conductivity as low as 0.036 W/m·K at 10°C

Installation

XX refers to insulation thickness (in mm); For KoolTherm, insulation thickness options are 15, 20, 25, 30, 40 or 50 mm. For Armaflex, insulation thickness options are 19, 25 or 32 mm. Therefore a Universal Clamp with KoolTherm insulation for use on 42OD pipe with 25 mm insulation is GC2-KT-42-25.

Installation Clip information

This clip pre-fits and holds the Trapeze onto the Pipe Bracket / channel. In preparation for working at height, simply clip onto the Trapeze unit.

Trapeze No.2 and No.3 Purpose-made for single and multi-tiered installations.• Ideal for fast suspension of pipework brackets

• Also ideal for cable containment, air conditioning casettes and chilled beams

• Tapered design - accommodates all channel slot sizes

• Discreet - fits completely inside the channel
