Our company has been founded in Tuzla/İstanbul/TURKEY in 2005 and moved to new factory which has 4000 m² area in Dilovası/Kocaeli/TURKEY. We continue pipe spools fabrication with 4 Engineers, 6 Technicians and 60 qualified workers.


Our target is contributing to modern naval and industrial architectures which is the main constituent of our production method. We are giving services to leading shipyards of the sector with demanded quality and specification which is an indispensable principle for us. We have great experience in fabrication of pipe spools as serial production which are different from each other. We have a capacity of production between 2500 - 5000 pieces or 50 - 150 Tonnes of pipe spools per month according to the average diameters.

4 pcs semi automatic band saw.

1 pc Ø80 mm semi automatic pipe bending machine.

1 pc Ø90 mm hydraulic press bending machine.

1 pc Ø120 mm Pipe beveling machine.

2 pcs drilling machine.

1 pc lathe machine.

1 pc 3 tonnes lifting capacity diesel forklift.

1 pc 1,5 tonnes lifting capacity electrical driven forklift.

2 pcs 6,5 tonnes lifting capacity overhead cranes.

2 pcs 2 tonnes lifting capacity overhead cranes.

2 pcs ½ ton lifting capacity jib cranes.

1 pc Ø40 mm electrical pipe bending machine.

1 pc Ø80 mm electrical threader machine.

More than 70 pcs grinding machines.


Pipe spools fabrication:

Our main work is mostly pipe spools prefabrication which are consisting of pipes and pipe fittings. We have WPS/WPQR from two different Classification Societies which are Bureau Veritas and Lloyd’s Register. Our WPS/WPQR certificates includes CS, SS, CuNiFe pipes. Additionally we have ability for prefabrication of GRE (Glass reinforced epoxy), Aluminium, PVC/CPVC, Copper pipes.


Light and heavy steel constructions:

Either for vessels or for other industry we have ability for construction of heavy and light steel structures.

Pressure vessels:

We have ability for construction of pressure vessels up to 4500 mm of diameter and 10000 mm of height.

Module Units:

In our factory module units can be produced which are designed specifically like hot and cold water units, booster modules, oil transfer units, liquid chemicals transfer and treatment units etc.
