    TWIGA Insul Preformed Pipe Sections are a one piece moulded insulation made from glass fibers bonded

    together with a high temperature resistant binder. This product offers excellent thermal resistance for the

    insulation of hot and cold pipes at low cost.

    Designed for easy and rapid 'snap-on' installation, Glasswool Pipe Sections are recommended for insulating hot

    and cold pipes in a wide variety of applications in refineries, petrochemicals, thermal power plants,

    construction projects and process industries

    For applications where a vapour barrier is needed, pipe sections with factory laminated Aluminium Foil facing

    are available.

    3Standard Density : 80 Kg/m (+15%)

    Temperature Range : -195C to +230C (can go up to 450C with Special Binder)

    Standard Length : 900 mm

    Thickness : 25mm, 40mm, 50mm, 65mm, 75mm.

    Pipe Diameter : 20mm NB to 300mm NB

    Fire Rating : Conforms to BS 476 Class O (BS 476 Part 4, 5, 6 & 7)

    Thermal Conductivity : 0.0285 W/m.K at mean temp. of 50C

    TWIGA INSUL Preformed Pipe Sections conform to IS 9842 and BS 3958: Part 4
