• Blogs/ pages from your website• Re-pin images from your followers• Create group boards & invite people to Pin• Pin “behind the scenes” photos / videos

• Pin direct from a website or upload from Pinterest
• Include a call to action• Use free tool – PicMonkey to add text or
effects to an image• If uploading an image onto Pinterest,
make sure you “edit” and add a web link

• Add a Pin It button to your browser so you

• Add a Pin It button or widget to your website so that people can pin from your website

2. Pick the image from the website that you want to Pin and click the button. Your image
is pinned in two easy steps
Top Tips
• Don’t be overly promotional• Search for similar businesses and have a
look at what they are doing • If you have an item for sale, create a rich
pin• Use Key words in the description
Find Followers
• Find people from Facebook/ Twitter• Run a search• Follow people who re-pin your posts• Promote it on other channels eg write a
blog, add a link to Facebook, email footers etc
