July is here at last and although we took a month off, we feel that in this issue we come back stronger than ever. One thing I realized was that by shedding the negativity in life, you can really see the sunshine. And it’s shining bright!

In this little break oIn this little break off, we created Braided Hearts—a beautiful organization for women. It is a peer counselling effort for women who are dealing with emotional crisis, but also for women safety, and a chance for women with low self-es-teem and confidence to participate in activities to build those things back up. We’re going to begin fundraising for it, starting with the next talking fundraising for it, starting with the next talking point!

Pinkblitz presents the “Fall In Love with Fashion” Fashion Showcase on August 29th, 2015 from 6pm to 10pm at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Monc-ton, NB. Profits from this will be going towards Braided Hearts so that we can begin helping the women in our community and other communities around us. In this issue, we’ve made some changes. We’ve combined Fashion & Beauty, brought back our amazing articles on Relationships & Sex, and expanded our Wellness section to include more great information! #Summer2015 is going to prove amazing in every aspect!

RELAX! Change is good! :)

So you may be wondering what’s up with Pinkblitz the Magazine. We’ve changed our name (sort of) and we’ve created this look book rather than the monthly magazine. But, this is not a step backwards. We intend on having more articles, shared with you daily in an easier format so you can view and share them a lot easier with your friends.

Pinkblitz is a company to help women, and the more exposure we get, the more we can do that. So we’ve grown to something that we can gain a lot more exposure.

You’ll notice that we’re also going to be doing videos, and they will be either DIY’s, or even Sensibilization videos, and some of just us chatting with you! Personally, I think you are going to love it. Imagine, all the best content coming to you DAILY rather than monthly.

With the success of our first fashion show, we’re having another so be on the lookout for the info! We’re really excited to be hosting this event at the Monncton Coliseum this time around. What can I say? I have big dreams.

Let’s also wish luck to our beautiful Kristina Mallet as she embarks to be besties with actress Emily Perkins for a week this month, and also to our handsome photographer Edward Bowron who will be rocking Hal-Con this year in Halifax, NS.
