What is happening to them?
• People are polluting the sea causing the pink dolphins to lose there habitat
• Fishermen's net can cause the pink dolphin to suffocate
Dolphin Facts
• Adults are typically 8 feet (2.5 meters) in length and weighing around 330 pounds (150 kilos). They have around 25-35 pairs of teeth inside there mouths.

• The pink dolphin catches turtles, crabs, catfish, crustaceans and small fishes.
• Pink dolphins will not eat alone! Once a pink dolphin finds a school of fish they will call others to share.
Where do the dolphins live?
• Dolphins live in the area around the red dots
Population
• The dolphins in Taiwan are decreasing rapidly because of overfishing and pollution. Not only are pink dolphins are killed other dolphins were killed too!
The colour change in growth periods
• Birth: Black
• Childhood: Grey
• Youth Age: Pinkish grey with spots
• Adult: Pinkish white and the spots fade out
How should we help them?
• We can help them by not littering in the sea
• Carefully fish with a net and look around to see if there is any dolphins around
• Lastly Stop Reclamation because it’s taking up the dolphins habitat
