Clubs begin March 22, 2021
Students must have “C” average or higher to participate (or have teacher approval that you are giving your best effort.)
ALL competitive Sports Teams require 100% participation unless you have a documented illness.
No practice = No Game play
No refunds on club fees for ANY REASON.
If you have or recieve behavior referrals you will not be able to participate in clubs without prior approval by administration.
Student Accidental InsuranceIt is MANDATORY to obtain student accidental insurance as children may NOT participate in any after-care
program without insurance.
This insurance is supplemental and does not take the place of family or individual medical insurance coverage.
It is the responsibility of each parent to become familiar with any insurance limitations.
The cost of the student accidental insurance is $20. Payment must be paid on Pinecrest Academy Tavares website.
You only need to pay this once per year for all after-school activities.
(Note: If you are CURRENTLY ENROLLED in After-care you have already paid this fee).
Dismissal from ClubsWhen registered or attending any extra-curricular activity, students must be
picked up within five minutes of dismissal.
Any student who has not been picked up within five minutes, will be charged $1 per minute
YOUR CHILD MUST BE REGISTERED FOR AFTERCARE IF YOU DO NOT PLAN ON PICKING
THEM UP WHEN THEIR CLUB ENDS.

Free Book Club!
Let’s Read! Students will read an age appropriate
book together and discuss, do projects, and share their love of
reading!
There is no cost to join this club, however, there may be small costs for projects and such. Students may also need to
purchase a copy of the book we are reading.
Book Club meets on Tuesdays from 3:30 - 4:15.

PAT Spirit ClubGirls will learn fundamentals
of cheer, dance and school spirit. They will be leaders in the PAT community and show
exemplary Herd qualities.

Location: Meet in room 138- Then we will move to the PE Pavillion.
Sixth Grade will join us outside at dismissal

Playdoh Club
We will make creations with Play-doh, create our own playdough and explore STEAM projects using playdough.
Cost is $50 for the nine weeks which includes supplies and a club t-shirt.

Become a writer for the school’s digital newsletter!
This club gives students a chance to share all the exciting things that happen at PAT and around our community by
delivering the news each month. Students will learn di erent writing techniques and develop a foundation for
being a good journalist! Learn to use POWERPOINT, WORD, other digital media products. Meeting days: Thursdays from 3:30-4:45
