appreciate everyone’s assistance in keeping the PLCC
property in great condition. Please respect the rules of
the club and the beautiful facilities we have.
Guest Policy: PLCC welcomes golfers who live outside
the 5 mile radius from the course. We respectfully
request guests who live inside the 5-mile radius to limit
their attendance at PLCC functions to one function before
they become a member.

CLUB RULES - The Pine Lake Country Club is a semi-private club and is for the use of its members and their guests.
SECTION I
1. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the clubhouse.
2. Metal spikes are prohibited at all times.
3. Riding carts are to remain on the cart paths where available.
4. Winter golf rule (players are allowed to improve their lie within 6 inches, but no closer to the hole) always applies at the club unless the person running a particular event states otherwise.
5. Shirts and shoes are required on the course and in the clubhouse at all times.
6. The course is closed to snowmobiling.
SECTION II - Members are entitled to bring guests to the club according to the following rules and regulations.
1. Members are encouraged to bring guests to the clubhouse or golf course to introduce them to the facilities. Such guests will be entitled to a $2.00 reduction from the established green fees when they play golf with a member.
2. Unmarried members may have a guest at the clubhouse.
3. Any resident of Eldora may be the guest of a member once each year for one round of golf.
SECTION III - Rental of the Clubhouse/Golf Course for private functions.
1. All club facilities are open to all members at all times, and no member or organization may have exclusive use of the same.
2. Local organizations whose membership includes some members of the club may hold noon luncheons at the clubhouse, except for Sundays.
3. Grill Rental policy - The grill is for use of members at no extra charge. Each member may have one non-member as a guest in using the grill at no charge. When a group made up of more non-members, there will be a $25.00 charge. The grill cannot be used to sell food in competition with the clubhouse.
The patio is for use of all club members, and cannot be reserved without renting the clubhouse.
4. All arrangements for meetings or entertainment for groups MUST be made with the club manager. Call 641-858-3031.
5. Clubhouse rental:
Upstairs: Members - $100.00 (w/tax $107.00) Non-Members - $200.00 (w/tax $214.00) PLUS $50 per Bartender (# of Bartenders will be determined by the # of guests)
A deposit of $200 is required before rental of the clubhouse facilities. The deposit is refundable if the clubhouse facilities are left clean, undamaged, and all property returned to the original areas. This is to be determined by the club manager.
6. Course rental: ½ day course closed - $650.00 (w/tax $695.50) Full day course closed (8 am-close) - $850.00 (w/tax $909.50) Closing of the course for private functions is available on Monday, every other Thursday and Friday. Times: 8 am - 2 pm OR 2 pm – close unless other arrangements have been made with management.
SECTION IV - Members should direct any complaints to the Board in writing.
All written complaints will be answered and appropriate action taken as deemed necessary by the Board of Directors. Please DO NOT discuss complaints with a board member in public settings or during play.
Complaints are NOT to be directed to ANY employee, at any time.
The Board of Directors meets the third Monday of each month at the clubhouse.

SECTION V – 2016 Dues Option 1: 1st Half payment due by March 31, 2015 2nd Half payment due by May 1, 2015 Option 2: Monthly payments via Automatic Debit through HCSB (see Barb) or Greenbelt Bank & Trust (see Kirk). Balances must be paid in full by December 31, 2016.
The following fees are set for 2016:
Family Membership---$640.00 (w/tax--$684.80) Single Membership---$485.00 (w/tax--$518.95)
Youth Membership---$25.00 (w/tax--$26.75)*
Social Membership---$75.00 (w/ tax--$80.25)** Reciprocal/ Out of Town Membership-
$175.00 (w/tax--$187.25)***
**Youth Membership – 18 years old and under
**Social Membership includes four 9-Hole rounds of golf per membership, per year.
***Out of Town Members must belong to another Iowa Golf Association Member Club and live at least 5 miles from the Courthouse Square.

Trail Fees - $35.00 ($37.45 w/tax) per year for Members
Green Fees (All fees include tax) WEEKDAYS: 9 holes - $15.00 18 holes - $20.00

Golf Cart Rental - 9 holes - $15.00 18 holes - $25.00
Special Events: Non-members, participating in a club sponsored special event (i.e. Thursday Night Two-Ball and Men’s Special Stags) will be charged a $5.00 green fee, per person, in addition to the normal entry fee charged to Club Members. Use of PLCC beverage coolers will require an ID and $5.00 deposit, which will be returned when cooler is returned. Please note! The use of debit or credit cards in the clubhouse will require a minimum charge of $10.00.
2016 MEN’S SPECIAL STAGS
In addition to the fees for the meal & stag events, guests will be required to pay $5.00 in green fees to the club.
2016 PLCC LADIES ASSOCIATION - Wednesday Ladies meals will be $5.00 unless otherwise announced as a catered meal or potluck. The first person listed on each committee will be in charge.
FRIDAY NIGHT COCKTAIL PARTY COMMITTEES
The first person or couple listed for a cocktail party will be in charge of the committee. If you are listed for a Friday Night event and you are unable to host, you MUST line up a couple to take your place. If you need assistance, please contact the Clubhouse Manager at 858-3031. Unless otherwise noted, the Cocktail parties will begin at 6:00 pm. Each couple on the committee should bring a hors d’oeuvre or two.
Please try to attend, not just drop off your food, as set-up and clean up are also the responsibility of the committee. If you have suggestions for other social activities, please feel free to let the Club Manager or a Board Member know.
COUPLES TWO BALL COMMITTEES The first couple listed for a two-ball event will be in charge of the committee. You must be signed up to play and or eat by noon on Wednesday. Members are reminded that they may invite a couple to be a guest for Two-Ball once a season. In addition to the normal entry fee, non-member couples will be charged the special events $5.00 green fee, per person, to participate in the Two-Ball event. Single non-members, playing as a partner of a member, will also be charged the $5.00 fee.
Committees are responsible for arranging for the meal, setting up the Two-ball event, table set-up for the meal, serving the meal and CLEANUP. Committee members that choose to eat must pay for their meal, in addition you may pay and play in the two-ball if you choose to.
PLEASE NOTE: If you cannot fulfill your committee duties, please make arrangements with the rest of the committee and/or arrange for a replacement.
