Organization: EURO-NET 1. Description Date: 18.07.2015 Venue: Potenza (Italy) Age group: about 20 - 50 Target group: people with personal or professional interest Gender: both women and men Time: 2 hours 2. Firstly, there was an informal presentation of every participants, then one of our trained person introduced the activity done in Hungary explaining all the exercises realized during the first workshop, trying to transmit all the possible information.

It was also realized exercises with the participants to giving to all of them the perception of the feelings and to demonstrate the exact development of the training. So we can say that the results of the pilot activity, as it is possible to understand from the evaluations below obtained by the participants, was really good. 3. Some evaluation from the participants: Emanuele: “It was really fine to meet other people to explain the experience done in Hungary and to communicate how the body can transmit feelings in many ways… I was very excited to spread the knowledge I learned in the Hungarian workshop and to repeat in a different place and with different persons the intensive work done”. Antonino: “Unfortunately I could not attend the workshop in Hungary even if very interested in this activity because in the same period I had an other meeting in an other country. So I was very interested to follow the pilot training realized in Potenza to understand better the initiative realized and the exercises developed: I enjoyed a lot in doing them and I think that they could be very useful in many activities in my job” Pio: “I knew some of the exercises done because I am a theatre expert and of course I know also the language of the body and how it is important to communicate using it. But I have to underline that I will consider the pilot activity useful in any case because I had the possibility to exchange my experience and to learn something in dance therapy that I could use also in the school of theatre in which I work”. 1

4. Personal reflection on the meeting from Angela Tommasulo For me the training course in Hungary was one of the first experience abroad in an European project, and, as in the others experience, I found it marvelous. Unfortunately my English is not very very good so I overcame my problems using the body and all the other way of communication (face, expressions, etc.). I like to entire project because it was a composition of different movement and body exercises that helped me to overcome the initial difficulties. It was also an important occasion to me other people from other countries and to make new experiences useful for my future life and to find new friends with which I hope to remain in contact also for all my life. The only thing that could be better was that the hotel accommodation was a bit far from the town and me and many other should preferred to be more closer. In any case everything was interesting and I learned many things in dancing therapy, painting, singing, theatre… When back in Italy, different months later we and the other participants organize a brief meeting as pilot experience to speak with other persons about our experience and to show some of the things learned. It was quite difficult to remember all the things so we presented only few of them but we noted from the faces of the participants a lot of interest in them. I am interested to learn more in this field because I do not think that I can operate as a leader after only 1 session of training in which, in any case, I learned a

lot. I do not think to be completely prepared for doing a course alone as teacher and so maybe in the future, as done during the pilot, I will ask the cooperation of other experts. It should be very useful also to have a book in which all the exercise could be described with words and images: this for sure will be really useful. Of course, meet again my “colleagues” at the Hungarian workshop, was nice and exiting as it should be again abroad because we remember some of the activities done and all the atmosphere. Also in the pilot the atmosphere was good and I thin that showing our little experience was useful for everybody. So I want to thank bopth the Hungarian partners for having organized my training and the Italian organization for having given me the opportunity to participate in this nice project. Kisses!
