Bedside MediaHospedia’s Patient Centred Care Platform offers full entertainment and communication services at the patient bedside, through hardware and software designed specifically for the healthcare environment. Patients benefit from access to an easy-to-use, intuitive system, with a range of value for money packages, that provides them with communication, connectivity and entertainment at their bedside, relieving some of the stress and boredom of a hospital stay. Healthcare organisations can choose from a range of hardware solutions, to meet the needs of different areas of the hospital, from our most popular 15” bedside System, through to a 55” wall mounted LCD.
Mobile MediaHospedia also provide a mobile solution to deliver patient media services in areas of the hospital where fixed bedside units may not be appropriate due to ward structure and patient needs; low usage wards for example, or where temporary bed areas make permanent bedside devices unviable.
Hospedia’s Mobile Media unit delivers all the functionality patients enjoy through the fixed bedside device, with the added benefit of being deployable to a wider range of patients. High capacity power packs allow the unit to operate without the need for an external power supply.
Wi-FiHospital Wi-Fi from Hospedia is delivered in conjunction with The Cloud, Europe’s leading Wi-Fi provider. Fast, reliable, wireless internet access is made available across the healthcare premises, providing connectivity in areas such as day rooms, restaurants, staff quarters and short stay wards, where traditionally no entertainment devices have been installed.
As the service can be overlaid onto existing infrastructure, there is often no capital expenditure requirement, which means the solution can be implemented quickly and cost effectively. In addition, flexible charging options and revenue share opportunities make the Hospedia Wi-Fi solution the ideal choice for today’s NHS.
