1 Schedule of Prices & General Particulars
1. Bidders shall not alter the contents of this schedule of prices. If the bidder wants any additions / alterations, these shall be brought out separately in
the format as given in this schedule of prices.
2. Pneumatic equipments are to be supplied in accordance with requirements
stated in the various sections of this specification.
3. The quantities indicated are required for commissioning of new systems. In
case there is any variation in the quantities of flow components actually mentioned supplied from the ordered quantities, the cost of the same will
not be paid as extra. However, party shall consider the variation in the flow components quantity of shall be within +/- 10% of the quantity.

2 Bid Qualification Criteria for Supply of Pneumatic Equipment
Bidders who are qualifying / meeting following Technical and financial criteria are
eligible to participate in the bid for supply of items. Bidder shall furnish all the
information mentioned in the criteria with documentary proof and submit along
with quotation. Bids of the parties which are not meeting the following criteria will
not be considered for evaluation and will be rejected without seeking any further
clarifications.
2.1 Technical Qualification Requirements:
The bidder shall meet the technical specification and other requirements and shall
submit relevant certificates to establish his credentials.
**The Bidder shall have the experience in executing similar
projects like Pneumatic /Hydraulic or any other fluid servicing
equipment.
2.2 Financial Qualification Requirements:
1. The Bidder should have average annual turnover of not less than a value of Rs 960 lakhs per year in the last three financial years ending with
31.03.2018. IT Returns shall be submitted as proof for the same.
2. Single order value of Rs. 640 lakhs or two orders of value Rs. 480 lakhs
each or three orders of value Rs.320 lakhs each or 4 four orders value
greater than Rs.100 lakhs each (sum of value of all four orders shall
be greater than or equal to single order value of 640lakhs) executed
during the last five years ending with 31-12-2018.PO copies shall be
submitted as proof for the above.
3. Shall submit the solvency certificate of Rs.320 lakhs.(Current financial year)
4. IT/ TDS certificate shall be submitted with Loss & Profit for last three years.
5. Bidder shall submit audited Balance sheet of financial status for last three
years.
2.3 The following documents shall be submitted along with the Techno-
commercial bid for prequalification of Bidder.
1. Firm establishment certificate and nature of work.
2. Details of work of similar type completed during the last five years ending with
30.11.2018.
3. Satisfactory work Completion certificates from the clients, with the work order

2.4 Bid Selection Procedure and Process of Pre-Qualification
1. Short listing based on documents submitted, satisfying all the eligibility
criteria given above by the firm or individual along with their Bid / application.
(Non-submission of any document as given in above list within stipulated time
leads to rejection of Bid).
2. Subsequently Bidder's competency, their technical achievements and financial
status will be evaluated suitable for this work. Feedbacks from Bidder's clients
will be verified, if required.
3. Scrutiny of all technical specification and supply conditions mentioned in
techno-commercial bid.
4. Party evaluation:
a) Visit to manufacturer’s site by our technical team for accessing the
technical capabilities of manufacturer, if required.
b) It is proposed to evaluate the supplier based on the previous experience
in supplying the similar items. The supplier has to furnish/confirm the
details as enclosed in the vendor evaluation format.
c) Evaluation criteria for bidders before opening the price bid:
I. Visiting the suppliers site(if necessary) by a team of experts from
Purchasers end to review documentary details submitted as per
annexure 3 and also to verify the machinery, furnaces, process of
production, raw materials, test facilities / lab etc.,

II. Supplier facility should be in production mode during purchasers visit.
