TORUŃ GINGERBREAD

German: Thorner Lebkuchen

Ingredients:

1.25 kg of flour, 40 grams of sugar, 25 grams of honey, 5-10 grams of fat, 2 eggs, caramel, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda, 1 teaspoon of gingerbread spices (cinnamon ,

cloves, pepper , nutmeg - smashed and sifted), 1 egg yolk for brushing, butter molds, icing to decorate.
