Breakfast is the main motivational topic for various hotel categories across the board (ranging from 1 to 5 stars), and must be Well Prepared, Healthy, Varied, Functional and Functioning. Made-in-Italy Breakfast is a “Tailor Made” project aiming at improving the quality of the offer, at optimizing costs and personnel through special training courses, and at managing at best the flow of customers in a hygienic and aesthetically-pleasant environment. During “The Specialty Food Festival” it will be possible to set up a dedicated space that will serve as a prototype with equipment and raw materials used to prepare breakfast (cake flour, jams, honey, juices, oranges, etc.). All of this in order to promote products and equipment and, generally speaking, the Italian supply chain in the breakfast field.
