The ConceptPicture e-mailing is incredibly simple and straight-forward once you
understand the concept, which is what this PowerPoint is designed
to show.
It gives you a step by step guide to using the function…so you’ll be
picture e-mailing in no time!

Stage ONE: Log-in to your e-mail, and click
on “compose mail.”
A similar blank e-mail document will then load. You need to click on
the small link below the subject that says “attach a file.”

Stage TWO: Once you click on “attach a
file,” you will find a small box appear-
telling you to select a file to upload.

Stage THREE: After selecting the image, it
will begin uploading; you can see when
your uploads been successful as it will
have a tick next to your desired image.
If you wish to upload more files, just simply click “attach another file”
and follow the same process.

Stage FOUR: Once your happy with your attached
images, text etc. then its just a case of sending
your e-mail to the addressee of your choice.
Stage FIVE: Your e-mail has now been sent!
A screen shot below shows how the image will appear on the addressee’s
screen.
