Instead, his mom applied him for a summer job at a

nearby restaurant.

graduation party.

LATE

His mom grounded him for a week because of his failed

test result.

He felt that his mom doesnt want to him to enjoy his

teenage life.

One Saturday morning, his mom went to a seminar in the nearby province and left a note for Tom.

Tom got fed up and threw the baseball in his hands

out of anger.

The ball went inside his moms office.

LATE

While looking for his ball, he saw a photo album on top

of all the papers on the office table.

He opened it and he saw all of his childhood pictures.

LATE

While browsing through his pictures, he saw something

shining from the slightly opened drawer of the table.

He opened the drawer and saw the new phone he wanted, still in its unopened box. Attached to it was another note.

Tom wanted to say sorry to his mom.

His mom was supposed to arrive that Saturday evening at 6:00 PM.

It was already 9:00 PM and still, his mom did not arrive

yet.

The phone rang. It was a call from the police.

His mom died in a car accident.

It was too late.
