Endangered species! We need data to function and our natural habitat is under threat

•CLG review of all national data collections

•Zero Based Review from the Information Centre

•End of CQC Self Assessment

This is not about self preservation.

This is about making sure we have the resources to provide Commissioners and Decision makers with the information they need.

We must:

Make sure the Zero Based Review by the Information Centre works for local authorities, and support the IC to continue the development of tools such as NASCIS.

Educate members and politicians of the importance of having a relevant national data set for adult social care.
