Children up to the age of 2 years old shall be conveyed free of charge, provided that each child is accompanied by one adult fare-paying passenger and does not occupy a seat. 2. Children 2 years and older must occupy a seat and the seat belt worn. A child aged 15 years and older qualifies as an adult. Ross Travel has a seat allocation policy at the time of each booking and must be adhered to. 3. Any fare- paying passenger who fails to travel for any reason is not eligible for any refund and no liability will be accepted by Ross Travel Group. 4. No liability whatsoever will be accepted should a passenger arrive late or cancel on or after the booked date of travel. 5. Passengers are advised to arrive ten minutes before pick up and departure. 6. Should Ross Travel vehicles not be available for any reason then the right is reserved to use a hired vehicle from another company. 7. It is not permissible for pets to be taken on the vehicle with the exception of guide dogs. 8. Passenger fares could be subject to change without prior notice where circumstances affect operating costs. 9. Once tickets are purchased no refunds will be given. 10. SEAT BELTS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES. 11. SMOKING & ALCOHOL on the coach is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. TIMES AND ITINERARIES 1. In the unlikely event of there being insufficient numbers of passengers, adverse weather conditions or any other circumstances, Ross Travel reserves the right to cancel any excursion. 2. Ross Travel reserves the right to vary the route in case of breakdown or any other emergency whilst every effort will be made to the timetable and itineraries laid down. 3. No employee may exercise any authority to alter or vary any of the conditions set out in this document either in part or full, or to accept responsibility express or implied in excess of that accept by Ross Travel Group in accordance with these conditions.
