I challenge you to join me this Saturday at LA Fitness @ 8:30 a.m. for a 90 minute cross training workout session. (that includes cardio, workout, & stretching)

Cross Training exercising reduces the risk for injuries and also enables multiple elements of fitness all in one, strength, flexibility and cardio..

This can be our girl time together while getting fit and staying healthy!
