Introduction

● We learned about a few factors that may effect photos when taken. Two factors we looked at were composition and exposure.

Composition

Composition

● Composition is the main focus, for example some ones face.

Rule of three grid● This is used in photography

to scale imagery. The main image should be placed on either of the four main points within the grid.

Exposure

Exposure● Exposure is how bright the picture is.● There are different types of lighting such as High Key and

Low Key lighting.● We learned about the histogram setting to help us

differentiate between the High Key and Low Key lighting when taking pictures with digital still cameras. After this we began some practical practice trying to create different moods using High and Low Key lighting.
