Special Photo Story Project

1. The following project will be created using Microsoft Office PowerPoint or iWork Keynote. (Other formats will not be accepted)

2. Create a photo album about your family.

3. You will be placing pictures of your grandparents, parents and other relatives.

4. For each picture, you will tell who each person is, their relation with you and any characteristic that you want others to know about that person.

5. You will have to place a minimum of 10 pictures with a short narration of each one as described previously.

6. This project is worth 100 points. The following rubric will be used to evaluate your work.

Excellent Good Average UnsatisfactoryContent Project contains at

least 10 pictures, sentences are clear, articulate and written correctly, title is included. All work is done at a highly professional level and is consistent.

50 points

Project contains at least 10 pictures, sentences are clear, articulate and written correctly, title is included.

40 points

Project contains less than 10 pictures, sentences are not clear or have many errors. Title is not included.

30 points

Project contains less than 5 pictures, lacks other elements, such as title and sentences. Work is incomplete and is not clearly done.

20 points

Pictures Project contains at least 10 pictures. All pictures are clear and appropriate to the topic discussed. Pictures are not pixilated, but are the correct sized to display correctly.

50 points

Project contains at least 10 pictures. Most pictures are clear and appropriate to the topic discussed. Pictures, some are pixilated, but are correct sized to display correctly.

40 points

Pictures are not clear and are pixilated or inappropriate to the topic. Pictures do not relate to topic.

30 points

Pictures are not clear and are pixilated or inappropriate to the topic. Pictures do not relate to topic at all. Instructions were not followed.

20 points
