Race Season Photo Pass Product PROCESS: a. First and Last Name b. Date of Birth (not just age, must have exact DOB) c. A photo that meets the following guidelines: i. Take the picture so that it is a head shot, full face, facing the camera. ii. Do not wear a hat, sunglasses, or goggles. Prescription glasses are OK. No shadows, red eye or reflections on glasses iii. Ensure that the background is neutral and has adequate contrast iv. Crop the photo so that it only shows your face and neck as in the example below. v. Do not exceed a file size of 1MB for your photo. vi. Save the file using the first and last name and date of birth. Example: Joe Skier – 10/26/70. vii. Attach your image as a JPEG (file extension .jpg) viii. Email all photo as an attachment to me: [email protected] ix. Please see attached visual examples below:
