views of the entire Bay of Banderas

Our guests enjoy a lovely private

oceanfront terrace with an

infinity swimming pool, covered

bar, an indoor living room and

dining room. Each luxury suite

offers a private balcony and ocean

views. Rental rates include the

preparation and service of up to

three meals per day. Guests only

pay for the groceries.

Casa Karma’s oceanfront event

space is much larger than most

other private villas in this area,

with three separate terraces for

weddings and events.

The Labyrinth Terrace has a total

capacity of 120 guests seated

banquet style, the Middle

Terrace can seat 50 banquet

style, and the Garden Terrace

can seat 30 banquet style.

The combined terraces have a

total capacity of 200 standing

for a reception. They are quite

versatile, and can be used in

several different ways to

enhance the flow of a wedding

ceremony, reception, banquet

and dancing.

purpose-built banquet kitchen,

a large bar area, and a bride’s

Labyrinth Terrace

This versatile oceanfront space can be easily transformed

from a blank canvas to the most elegant event venue.

The dramatic setting just above the waves washing over the rocks below, the

stunning views out over the bay to the mountains beyond, and the spectacular

sunsets each evening--each contributes to to the most memorable events ever.




Middle Terrace

This rectangular space includes a long bar and a beautiful

mosaic tile floor, making it perfect for cocktail receptions,

small banquets, even ceremonies!

Garden Terrace

The garden terrace is the smallest of the three and houses

the banquet kitchen and an enormous fountain. It is best

used for cocktail receptions and lounge areas at events.

The Villa

The main level of our villa features an enormous

vaulted atrium, the kitchen, a luxurious private

living/dining room, an outdoor bar area, and an

infinity pool, all with spectacular ocean views.

The Suites

Retire to one of our eight individually designed

suites, seven with King beds and one with two

double beds, all with stunning views of the bay

spread out before you. Each room is named and

tastefully appointed with original fine art.









RENTING CASA KARMA for EVENTS:

These special prices and policies for Wedding Wire clients are valid only through 2020-2021 for contracts signed

in 2020. (Regular nightly villa rental rate is $2500 in high season and $2100 in low season.)

Minimum two-night rental (Sun.-Thurs. only): Villa = $3600 low season/$4200 high season; Event fee = $3000

Three-night rental (Sun.-Thurs. only): Villa = $5400 low season/$6300 high season; Event fee = $3000

Four-night rental: Villa = $7200 low season/$8400 high season; Event fee = $2000

Five-night rental: Villa = $9000 low season/$10,500 high season; Event fee = $2000

Six-night rental: Villa = $10,500 low season/$12,300 high season; Event fee = $1000

Seven(+)-night rental: Villa = $1700 per night low season/$2000 per night high season; Event fee = $1000

Villa Rental Policies:

* All rates are quoted above in US dollars. Rental rates mentioned above are for all 8 bedrooms (16-18 guests)

and do not include 16% value added tax and 3% Puerto Vallarta occupancy tax.

* High season is November-April; low season is May-October. No rentals with events are accepted for the two

weeks around Christmas and New Years, and Semana Santa (Easter Holy Week).

* Villa is not ADA accessible; although there is an elevator, the house and all event areas are only accessible via

stairs. Arrangements can be made with event planners for moving persons in wheelchairs.

* Villa rental requires 75% deposit at time of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Initial rental deposit is refundable until 60 days prior to arrival, then 50% refundable until 30 days prior to

karrival, after which deposits are no longer refundable.

* Due to neighborhood restrictions, no loud music is permitted outdoors after 11:00 p.m.

* Rental and event payments are accepted by wire transfer or PayPal.

Special Offers for WeddingWire Clients:

1) Event fee reduced by $1000 when contract is signed with partner wedding planners Mexico Event Design.

2) For rentals of four nights or more with a wedding, there is no additional event fee for a rehearsal dinner on

the night before the wedding, or a “recovery brunch” on the day after the wedding for up to the same number

of guests at the wedding (unless the day before is arrival day at the villa or the day after is departure day).

This unique and distinctive property is within walking

distance to our very colorful Old Town, and we are the

farthest point south from which you can walk cavorting

in the waves all the way to the Zona Romantica.
