Hospice of Hope Home hospice care and center-based hospice care (contracted with Vanceburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center), support groups, home health aides, social work and chaplain services, medications, medical sup-plies and equipment, relief for caregivers, physical or occupational therapy, speech language pathology, and dietary counseling. Hospice also offers a “speaker’s bureau,” i.e. staff are available for edu-cational presentations on different health and hos-pice-related topics.

Specialized medical care for a variety of childhood and adolescent health prob-lems, hemophilia program, newborn hearing screening program, youth transition program, vision screening program, hearing testing and follow-up care, speech, physical and occupational therapies.
