Scheduling Protocol

7. Chapter is required to subm it by e-mai l : phi l res_comelec2012@yahoo.com the fo l low ing on or be fore October 10 :1.1 Five (5) mem bers as Chapter COM ELEC w ho w i l l facil i ta te t he nom ination.

8. Chapter to r eceive from Nation al Board the " Confi r m ed List of Chapter 's Off ic ial Roster of Vo ters and Elig ib le Candidafor the Chapter Nom inat ion" on October 12. List to be given to Chapt er COM ELEC Chair and Int erim President. The l ishall be the only basis for part ic ipat ion of m em bers in Chapter No m ination.

9. Chapter COM ELEC shal l prepare t he no m ination process by secret bal lot .10 .Chapter COM ELEC shall prepare a system f or Elect ion Protest w i th appeal m echanism to N ational Directorat e w ho w

resolve the issue in summ ary proceeding not later th an 48 hour s.

Nom inat ion Procedures

11 .Chapter COM ELEC to conduct the chapt er nom ination as per subm itt ed LOI.12 .Nom ination t o a l l posi t ions is open t o any m em ber except for Vice President s of Consul tant s, Governm ent Assessors

Appraisers, Governm ent Appraiser and Brokers w hich requires th e corresponding l icense elig ib i li ty.

13 .Chapter COM ELEC to ask for nom ination and conduct canvassing according to the f o l low ing hierarchy of nat ionalposi t ions:

i. Chairm an of the Boardii . Vice Chairman

ii i . Presidentiv. Executiv e vice Presidentv. Secret ary General

vi . VP for Consul tant svii. VP for Govt Assessors

vii i . VP for Gov t App raisers

ix . VP for (Privat e) Appraisersx. VP for Brokers

14 . In case of po si t ion w ith 2 or m ore nom inees, Chapter COM ELEC shal l determ ine th e off ic ia l candidate t hrou gh an eleprocess agreed upon by the chapter m emb ers.

15 .Nom ination t o any posi t ion is opt ional w i th Chapter reserving i ts r ight to send or not to send a correspond ing candidfor t he Nation al Elect ion.
