Managed night shift operations for multiple programs involving the P3 Orion aircraft and assisting and managing several projects.

As one of the only members of Production management at night responsibilities included all aspects of operations including safety, scheduling, budget, logistics and direct supervision of all personnel assigned to the project.

Managed up to forty-five mechanics and up to twelve aircraft located in as many as five hangers. Was accountable for the daily assignments, training, motivation, discipline and tracking time for accuracy and timely input of the employees assigned to night shift.

Coordinated with all support groups to ensure uninterrupted flow of parts, paperwork, engineering and planning to the artisans on the aircraft.

Was one of the primary contributors in the start up of several new projects including a Wing rebuild facility and complete replacement of Empennage section of the P3 Orion from initial bid proposal to set up of new building and hiring and training of new personnel.

Decreased cost and time required to replace the Empennage section of the aircraft by over 50% in two years and helped to reduce time required to rebuild wing section dramatically.
