I know exactly why Craig is aware of these matters, I sent him the letter. I sent Craig the letter so he did not hear about if from anyone else, it was merely a professional courtesy. It certainly was not meant for any other reason. I copied the Board of Directors so that Fulton would understand the gravity of these issues, and take the time to attend to them. The letters were only for one reason, to open the discussions, which they did. I never said you Craig to call me. My brother might have been trying to make trouble with what he told me about Craig's call to Florida. I talked to my Mom today, and her memory is not that good. She did say she talked to Craig, but, well, pass along to Craig that Steve might have exaggerated things. That being said, she did emphatically say that she does not want to hear about anything going on here in Lancaster. She is tired. The reason that I told you to tell Craig not to contact me is for the same reason. I have been through "hell" these past few weeks, and I want to keep these matters between me and you, it will make things that much easier for me. I did not appreciate Craig challenging my "mental capacity", which has been the subject of far too many people of late, and that is what upset me. I am taking care of that matter in my own way, through other legal channels, nothing of which involves Craig in any way. I'm sure he, like others, reacts to what he hears from others. If and when I obtain anymore documents that will help you put the pieces together, I will forward them to you. I cannot concentrate all of my time to these matters, so we both are on the same page as far as patience. I do not expect you or Fulton Bank to drop everything and tend to this issue, we both have made good progress in the course of a week. Time is not an issue for me. I would rat her make sure we get this right, then try to rush to judgment on either side. You have certainly been very accommodating with your timely communications, and that is what matters. I understand that when you start to review the circumstances surrounding Tom's mortgage brokers, the Depattos's, and the history of the mortgage in question, things tend to get confusing. If you have any questions, let me know. I have been over these activities in considerable detail before, so it is easier for me to understand. I  just ask that we all leave our emotions out of this, try to resolve this in a reasonable and civil manner as possible. Thanks for your time and effort, and that is all I asked for at this point. Craig is aware of what is going on for two reasons. first, you sent him a copy of the letter that i also received. Second, he was involved with our retail area at the time of the question so in our research we naturally discussed the situation with him. i did not ask him to call you but I did forward the e-mail you sent me that asked not to discuss the situation with your mom and to call you if he wanted to discuss said situation. other than that we're still trying as best as we can to piece together from our end what happened. i will then communicate our position when it is decided. Phil

Carl, Here is a letter from Fulton Bank. I got the check back today. As you can see, the letter is dated Friday May 25th,Linda Fetter told me yesterday that it was closed on Tuesday, May 29th. And, as you can see they lied abouteverything. That letter should only take one day in the mail, not four (4).

Let me know what you want to do.

Fulton Bank closed my checking account with your check in it, they said that they mailed the check back to me, but I did not get my mail yet today, you can call them at:

Fulton Bank, Manor Shopping Center Branch, 717-291-2721. They are not a very trustoworthyinstitution. I was there in person yesterday, and first they said that the check did not clear, then they said that they closed my account and sent your check back to me. The woman that didthis is Linda Fetter. I am waiting for my mail right now.
